Question: What makes you different from other local photographers? Why should someone hire you?
I emphasize photographing the special moments of your day. Although we'll do family posed pics for you, capturing the emotions of love, joy, fun, and happiness without being in the way is so important!

Question: How quickly will I receive my prints?
Your prints are ready within only 2 - 3 weeks.

Question: How many weddings have you photographed?
More than 300!

Question: How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take?

I provide unlimited photographs. At least 1000+ pictures are taken. We'll also have a planning meeting with you to review all your special requests!

Question: How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean?

People ask me if I am a photojournalist or a traditional photographer. I'm the huggy, kissy photographer! No, you don't have to kiss me, but it's how you feel about each other that I especially love to photograph.

Question: How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge?

We'll travel anywhere in the U.S. There is a small additional fee for Sedona and Flagstaff. We can quote you rates for out of Arizona travel.

Question: Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding?

B&W, Sepia, and Color are all included. I provide special artwork and retouching for all your album images at no additional charge.

Question: Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits?

Both my assistants are former brides that I previously photographed and have now trained as photographers!

Question: Can I keep the negatives? the proofs? Is there an extra charge for this service? How much?

The proofs are individually printed archival prints without numbers across the front. They are yours to keep. Negatives are available for a nominal charge.

Question: What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? lighting?

We use the latest Canon equipment and have 5 cameras, each with professional lighting if needed, to ensure that if something breaks you are always covered.

Question: What new ideas have you implemented in the last couple years? Are you current with latest trends?

Special slideshows with music and motion are available, and now you can even have your images on a USB thumbnail keychain drive to take with you wherever you go!

Question: Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service?

There is no extra charge for digital. We use 13MP full frame digital cameras, and photograph in a digital raw negative format in order for you to have the best possible quality. No compressed in camera jpg artifacts!

Question: Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line?
Yes... photos can be online with your permission and within only 2-3 days of your wedding.

Question: What is included in your basic wedding packages?
Unlimited photography (we do not charge by the hour), all your proofs to keep, and a completed custom wedding album are included with every package. A 2nd photographer is also included.

Question: What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy?
I guarantee that you will be satisfied with your images and album. We will re-do any prints you are not satisfied with.

Question: What is your event cancellation policy?

There is a non-refundable retainer to hold your date. However, upon written cancellation, if I can re-book the date you receive a refund.

Question: What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit?

The retainer is 1/3 of your package and the balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.

Question: Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors?

I do not use subcontractors! You always get all of me, as well as a trained 2nd photographer.

Question: How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date?
